WHAT I SAW:
Crazyness and despair.
Toby, a film director, is trying to make a story about Don Quixote in a spanish town, in search for inspiration he finds an old DVD of a film he has made in that same town 10 years ago.
He starts running from his boss because of some disloyalty and starts a journey across the town and through his own ego.
In this adventure he is being held hostage by a crazy old man who believes to be Don Quixote de la Mancha, and thinks Toby is Sancho Panza. This Quixote used to be a shoemaker but starred the old film and since then he got trapped in the character.
They run into Angelica, who also was in the old film and tried to be an actress but ended up being an escort.
The old man dies and Toby goes insane, believing he is now Don Quixote. Angelica goes along with Toby’s crazyness and decides to acompany him as his Sancho Panza/Lover in the adventure of life.
